Shipping policy

1. processing times

 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. shipping rates & estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $2.99
Insured Shipping (Package Protection) — $3.99

Free shipping offered on orders over $90, which will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

3. delivery time estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or postal service issues.

4. shipping locations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available one received.

6. lost or stolen packages

Flomend is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are happy to assist in filing a claim.

7. wrong address disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not shipped yet, please contact support@flomend.com immediately to update your address.
